the alps, and italian food
today is the last day in switzerland and as sort of a goodbye we did some hiking. up the swiss alps that is. it was one of the coolest things i have ever done. we went right up to this glacier and took some ice back but i think it has probably melted by now. the hike up there was really scary though, we were kind of jumping from bolder to bolder then sliding on gravel then wobling on the rocks in between the bolders all with glacier water beneath us. and the water was going about 14 miles an hour, which might not sound like a lot but it is. i went with dad and serena. oh yesterday we went into this small town to find a londramat( theres a really funny story about that for another post) so we went to the information desk and there was this chocolate sculpure there about 3 ft high with each peice of cocolate about the size of a chiwowa. but it wasnt a sculpture it was real chocolate and it was free. so oviously we took some. tomorow is italy and i am so exited about thier food. in case u didnt know its my favorite.
